the agent that sells the resales. Jason was ours and I can recommend him as well.
There are several places to look for
DVC resales. One person just recently bought a DVC resale off of E-Bay! I got mine by watching the listings of the Time Share Store until something I wanted came up for sell. There is a link at the top of this page called DVC Resales. This is what is available at the moment. However, you can call and ask if you don't see something you like. Where ever you purchase, be sure to get all the facts:
the resort that you want to be your home resort. It's best to buy where you really want to stay. That way you have an 11 month reservation period versus a 7 month at the resorts that aren't your home resort
use year (UY here on the boards) this is the month that you get your allotment of points each year
points borrowed/banked and if they're banked when must they be used
price per point (many of us have had success counter-offering the seller for a lower price per point)
who pays the maintenance fees (MF's here on the boards) and who pays the closing costs.
Don't really know the incentives at SSR but check the threads. I'm sure you'll find that info.
