any recent VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE reports for Disney?

Hi all!
We are returning in September to Disney and wondering if there are any recent Vegan/Gluten free reports. I was very frustrated last year trying to eat anywhere. I dont like having to have a chef come out and taking my order....years of working in the restaurant industry...I hate bothering them. EVERY place we went last year, I could not even order a salad for it was smothered in cheese or meat....I attempted to get just a salad at Pinicchios in the park and it was SUCH A PRODUCTION to just get a salad that we waited almost an hour and had to have 2 people verify it was an ALLERY FREE salad. I would much rather have choices on menus I can modify quicky without a production... so wondering any NEW reports for my allergy friends out there???? Much appreciated!

I just have a few vegan trip reports, but im not gluten free. It seems like disney is def trying to move away from having the chef come out for vegans...probably not for GF. Its really frustrating, i dont want to bother the chef, but the waitresses dont have a clue what is in things and how they are made...if disney would mark things vegan or GF on the menu we wouldnt have to be a bother, but they wont.
