I did go to their website and like what I saw
thanks

We use them every trip & have for many years. We used them 3 times last year, last time was in September. We’re using them for our trip next week. We’ve never had any problems, drivers have always been prompt, friendly & professional. The cars are very clean & safe. There have been some rare reports of less than good service over the last 2 years or so. But we’ve never had any issues what so ever.

The drivers typically text just about the time we land & give information on where they will meet us. And for the return trip, they’re always at the hotel a few minutes before out designated pick up time. So we never worry about not getting to the airport in time. We find them very reliable.

We are also researching car services and our TA recommended Tiffany. Do their drivers meet you at baggage claim or outside? It's just two of us but we will have checked bags.

Oh what about early pickups back to the airport. Our flight leaves at 725am. Is Tiffany running already. Thanks

After a bad experience with Tiffany’s we switched to Orlando Luxury Transportation. Much better, but some people have had great recent experiences so it all depends.

Normally they meet at baggage claim. We get our bags & the driver helps us get them to the car. They park in a covered area of bottom floor of the terminal. There have been rare times when that area is closed & the driver has to park elsewhere. A few times we had to get out bags & then text the driver. We walked out the door right next to our carousel & the driver pulled up to get us. It was explained that occasionally the covered area is closed when there is lightening storms & the agent at the booths there gets pulled inside. So the car agency drivers can’t get in then. But it is very rare that they don’t meet us at baggage claim.

When we had to meet them outside, it was mere steps. Literally, across the hall from the baggage carousels. No further than getting your bags to the inside check in counter if you’re dropped off at the curb.

We used Happy Limo & Florida Tours a few times years ago. We found Tiffany’s drivers much more reliable. We tried to use Florida Tours but had to wait 15-20 minutes for pickup at the airport twice. I also found Tiffany’s cars are much cleaner than the other services we tried. My DH is crazy about keeping our cars showroom clean, so we’re not comfortable in dirty cars. I know not everyone is as fussy about that as we are, but that part is important to us.

We had an absolutely GREAT experience with Tiffany in October. Both ways they were on time, pleasant drivers, fairly new and very clean van and relaxing ride. I’ll add that there were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 young children.

We had a great experience with Tiffany . Driver met us at baggage, helped with all our stuff (6adults and a toddler) Loved that we got a grocery stop. Pick up to go home was prompt.

Nice, thank you. We are coming in on the first flight out of JFK so will get in fairly early. Good to hear about the cleanliness of the vehicles too, we are both germaphobes lol.

Does Tiffany offer car seats for kids? We have 4 kids age 6,5,2 and 11 months And am not wanting to bring car seats. Thanks

We had a full size van with 6 adults and 4 kids ages 5,3,3,2. Because we had 6 adults they could only put in a combo of either 2 car seats and a booster or two boosters and a car seat so we‘d all fit comfortably. We chose the 2 boosters for the 3 year olds and a car seat for the 2 year old. The 5 year old is tall so we just put her in a seat belt. It worked out fine.

That’s…not legal. Or safe. I’m surprised a car service would allow it, honestly. That’s a huge liability if that 5 year old gets hurt (or worse) in an accident due to being improperly restrained.

It is NOT against the law in Florida for private transportation companies. You raise your children and I’ll let my son, who is an amazing father, make the decisions for his children. No different than riding a school bus everyday or one of the bus companies that serve WDW!!

Oh ok. I admit I didn’t know what type of vehicles Tiffany uses. Busses are much different than passenger vehicles.

This thread will be of interest, it has multiple reports from last year. (Full disclosure you might notice my progress from “they’re good” to “NEVER again!” I stand by that. Won’t touch them. Was going to rideshare my upcoming trip after that but this The Magical Express company someone just posted on here has me intrigued.)

Intriguingly enough if it’s a chauffeur driven vehicle then FL’s child restraint laws do not apply. The law makes it very clear however the liability is the parent’s Sec 6.

Gotcha. I admit I don’t understand why the law is different depending on who is driving…the safety doesn’t change. I can see that type of vehicle would be governed differently, but to make laws different solely based on the driver has me scratching my head.

I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised, though. Car seat laws are often WAY more lax than they should be. In my state, kids have to be in a booster seat until age 8. Safety-wise, kids should be in a booster until they reach 57 inches. There are not many 57 inch 8 year olds out there…

Yup, never again for me, too.
