I would think that is the lobby. I could be wrong.

I notice what i think are railings on the roof. Does anyone think that there will be observation areas on the roof?

ETA: Here is one from allearsnet. I think the railings that AKV707 mentioned are the supports for the decorations that are used around the roof line that also appear in this artist's rendering:

The tubular steel structure is the framing for the lobby of Kindani Village.

Probably just temporary railings to prevent construction crews working up top from accidentally falling/ walking off the roof top.

I noticed in the first photo there is a large opening that spans 2 floors. I bet this is a Grand Villa. It is at the end of the building which is where the GV's are. Also I do know that the GV in Kidani will have a 2 floor window similar to the SSR Grand Villas.
