Does anyone know whether they have started work inside yet? Or on the pool and water play area? For guys who have stayed at the AKL (Jambo House) how long would you say it would take to walk from Jambo to Kidani?

We have a reservation the first week of May in a 2BR Safari View room at Kidani Village and I'm so excited to stay there!

Thank you! I'm actually not sure as we were all over Jambo and out different doors to take pictures. It might have been way out on the Zebra Trail.

That is a Jambo House Grand Villa. There are six GVs in Jambo House located at the end of each side of the horseshoe and at the end of each of the "spurs" on the outside of the horseshoe. They are in the area marked in orange in the drawing below. There is a 360-degree tour of a Jambo GV here. The other tours (Studio, 1BR, 2BR) are for the Kidani rooms but the GV tour is the Jambo House GV.

Those Grand Villas are amazing!
My little 75 point AKLV contract isnt gonna stretch quite so far Virtual tours are about all I'll get to see of those!

Hi All - Just back from an 8 day stay at AKV. I took some Kidani pics one morning before heading to the parks. Sorry - no pics of the pool area, just some from Jambo looking across the Sunset Savanna.

I'm curious about the towers on either side of the lobby that look a bit like grain silos with lots of odd little windows. Anybody know what is inside them?
