Any recent feedback on Early Morning Magic?

For those of you who have been to EMM recently, just wondering if they are still running as advertised? PP, 7DMT and Pooh? Is there a 4th ride added in some cases? We are planning to ride the 3 rides until almost 9:00am, then get in line for something else nearby, then have breakfast around 9:40am. Is this too late to do breakfast (has anyone gone at this time and found it too busy at breakfast?) Does anyone know the 'sell out' capacity or if it has changed from when they first introduced EMM? Are those of you participating in this ticketed event still enjoying it? Would you suggest arrival at MK by 7:15am to get through bag check, turnstiles and check in? TIA for any feedback or advice.

I have no idea, but I'm interested in all of your questions. We have EMM booked for our August trip, and our plan is pretty similar to yours, ride until just before 9, then queue for something else, like maybe Haunted Mansion, hoping to hit up breakfast around 9:30 or so, with our first FP+ set for 10 - 11.

They keep adding dates and rumors are it might start to happen in other parks as well. I think it's going great and nobody has posted any complaints that either went or rope droppers that felt they were in the way.. I think it's an excellent early morning ride and breakfast choice if the price works for your family.

Any thoughts about if they'll extend it again through the winter?

They've been a little slow on posting schedules lately but I think they just extended it but i'm not sure how much longer.. I kind of expect this one to be a regular option unless they need the park time for more people/crowds.

We were also thinking of HM, then maybe IASW (we have EMM on the 21st, and I think that the next day IASW goes into refurbishment). Really excited about this event. This will be our first ticketed event (due to school / work we are not able to do the Hallowe'en or Christmas parties, so this is exciting for us). I would definitely try this at other parks.

We have this booked for August so eagerly awaiting any extra info. A quick look in Instagram shows photos with the EMM tag and it includes the carousel and the teacups.

We are only expecting the three rides any more will be a bonus!

We are attending the EMM just before yours, on the 16th. However, we will also be in MK on the 21st, just not for EMM. We have been fortunate enough to go to MNSSHP twice. Both times they held one very early in September, and our school opened late in September. We wound up missing a couple of days of school, but well worth it I think. We were also able to attend the Villains event at DHS a couple of years back.

I had thought it was IASW, but now that I think about it, it may very well have been the teacups I read about.

Any more reports or thoughts? Wondering if it is still enjoyed by most? Any idea on the 'limited number of tickets?" Just curious about the number of people there for the EMM (not counting the PPO breakfasts).

We did this in June, and they had teacups and carousel open. We mainly rode the 7DMT and then finished with PP and Pooh. We then headed straight to Space Mountain and were the 2nd people in line at about 8:55. We had to wait until the rest of the line from rope drop approached before they opened the line. After riding SM my son got in line to ride the Speedway, while I went on and got us a table for breakfast. There were maybe about 15 people eating while we were there and the CM's were extremely accommodating.

I heard that they opened up most, if not every ride, in Fantasyland on 7/24. Someone who was doing EMM said that 7DMT was down during part of the first hour, so they opened up Fantasyland. I know the Carousel and IASW were open in addition to Pooh, PP, and 7DMT. I think the tea cups were open too. I can't remember if Little Mermaid was open. HM wouldn't technically be opened, since it's not in Fantasyland. It's pretty close in proximity though.

I've read a couple accounts here where SDMT was down for most, if not all, of the EMM time :sad1: In those cases, the typical recourse is allowing the EMM guests to use the FP line as much as they want for SDMT until a specific time (like up until noon, for instance).

They definitely did this, according to the women we know who did it. I don't know how long they got to use the FP+ line. They looked for their wristband.

I've read a few of these posts too. I think that as long as we got a few rides on 7DMT (even if it is later morning) I would be ok with it; however, I would expect a few more rides to open up for us in Fantasyland. While of course we are going for multiple rides, we are also placing importance on small crowds and enjoying the magical atmosphere before so many people arrive.

They seem to do both when 7DMT is down for EMM.
