Oh no! I worked QSFB at All Star Music and LOVED it! But I know from experience that the first month was really, really rough. It takes a while to get used to everything at first, but it's a lot of fun! She might know one or two of my old managers that I *think* transferred to Movies after I left, and I loved them so hopefully she'll get to interact with them a little.
And she will definitely appreciate having the Spanish-speaking Cast around when things start to get busier. Trust me. The All Stars are Value Resorts, so you get a lot of Guests (just like in the parks, I'm sure) coming who don't speak very fluent English, so having Cast around who can interact with them is a huge bonus!
And the nice part about QSFB at the All Stars is the amazing consistent schedule. I was trained on nights, but I knew quite a few CPs who were trained mornings, and I think a couple of them actually preferred waking up early as opposed to going home so late every night. (I would, too. I would sleep in from working so late, that by the time I actually woke up I had to get ready for work--this way she has the rest of the day to do what she wants.)
My best advice to your daughter is to wait it out and see how things go. Once she gets more comfortable with where she works, and once she meets more CPs (A LOT work at the All Stars, trust me) her experience will change. I was terrified my first few days and had to set goals for myself to keep me at Disney rather than self-terming, but I ended up making it to graduation AND went Seasonal because I loved it so much.

The people really made the experience worth it for me (and the comfy costume didn't hurt, either). Plus, I heard that Movies is the better of the 3 food courts to work at from friends who picked up shifts there.

(Oh! That's another thing! There's always open shifts at the All Stars and it's super easy to get extra hours because you'll have a good idea of what to do, and you don't have to worry about getting a new costume.)
Hopefully my too-wordy posts helps!
