Any problems with CRO this morning?

Got the usual "busier than usual" message, but then the on-hold music cuts off, silence, nobody picking up. Been on hold like that for 5 minutes now. Anyone else gotten through this morning?

Yes, it's happened to me, too. I did get through to someone and now I'm on hold for a second time. The first time I called she said the AP rates weren't loaded into the system, but now I see people are posting their rates!

I was on with them this morning around 7:40 and got the "busier than usual" message too, but my wait was not as long as it might have been, and I got a nice CM too...

Working 2 reservations right now:

December at Wilderness - Looking for AP rate.
July at Polynesian - Had to switch dates.

Been on the phone for 35 minutes now.

I had the same thing happen. The first time, I thought I was disconnected because the music just stopped mid song. So I hung up and tried again. It did it again, but I just waited it out. I think they had a problem with the hold music or something. Eventually, someone came on and we took care of business.

that happened last night to me, and then after a brief moment of silence I heard ringing. It was odd.
