Any problems using Disney Store Promo Code?

I just tried to use the Disney Store Promo code THANKS for the additional 20 percent off my purchase. I couldn't get the code to work. I called the Disney Store rep and after an hour...yes I said an hour...of his rambling on and on about how only certain items were eligible, but he couldn't tell me any that were eligible he basically told me sorry and hung up. Don't misunderstand me, he was polite, but completely uninformed and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he said they weren't allowed to transfer me, but one would call me back in 24-48 hours. Of course the 20 percent off offer will be over!! So very frustrating!!!! I just wondered if possibly anyone else was having trouble and could give me some advice on what I may be doing wrong! Thanks!!

I just used it but it was tricky. I don't remember ever having to hunt for the place to put in a code before but this time I had to put it in a weird place. But it worked! Instead of having it on the page with payment, I had to apply it in the cart.

just can not figure out how to use this code! or put it in the cart or anyway to get it to discount my mercandise

no idea how I did this but finally got code to work BUT somehow even tho my order is still over $75 dollars lost my free shipping? ugh! still going to hunt down a coupon I picked up from disney store for free shipping and see if that might work.

It told me that I could not use the code so used another browser and it worked fine (none of the items I want to get were in the exclusions). I also added the code after only putting 1-2 items in it before continuing to shop.

Thanks for letting me know it was in the cart or I would never have found it either. They sure make it hard.

I got both the 20% and free shipping by putting in the promo on the cart screen. It wasn't where I am used to seeing it but I hunted around and found it there. Once I put int he promo, it added both the 20% off and free ship.

I was able to get both, but I had to remove the 20% off one in the cart twice, then re-enter it to get the free shipping to apply. I had to do this if I changed anything on the screen. I couldn't get the 10% visa to work. Wasn't trying to be greedy, but didn't want to get gyped either. Try removing & reappling the code, in the cart. Good luck!
