There's not a whole lot at Magen's Bay Beach but I have to say the pizza at the restaurant/bar is outstanding! Nice, cheesy NY style pizza, the rum punch was mighty tasty too, perhaps those are why I thought the pizza was so good.

My wife is not a beach person either but she did enjoy it. The water is crystal clear and no waves at all. It's very nice

Besides hanging out at the beach and grabbing a snack at the cantina, there isn't anything else to do. No shopping or anything like that.

I did love Magen's Bay though - it was such a nice beach day for us. Got busy by the afternoon but we were ready to head back by then. We did a bit of shopping right near the ship so we were able to get some souvenirs there.

BTW, there are 2 lovely bikini-clad waitresses that serve the beach. They do an amazing job serving drinks across the mile-long beach.
