Pboy207 - You can't do both. You can go to the link provided on the postcard, enter your code and prepare a quote, but you'll have to choose one offer or the other by calling or having your TA make the change.

Thanks for the response. I figured that was the case. We went ahead and used the pin for the free PH. We did lose the free day. I'm a little confused about room availability. Can they not apply the pin to the same room I had reserved? My TA said the room I have was not available, so he booked another room. Later that night, I checked on the disney site and I saw my old room was now available. Was this due to the pin not applying to certain rooms or that my room had to be cancelled first before it showing it to be availabe for booking?

Disney reserves X amount of rooms for each discount. Once that category is full for that promotion you can not book the room. They could still have the same room available for a non discounted rate or even another discount but just not for your current discount rate. If you really want that sold out category I would keep checking back. People change plans all the time and one could become available!

This is what happened with us. I checked at standard at WL and it was available. By the time my TA booked, it was gone. Then I checked again a few days later and it had opened up.

Last year I got my late fall FD pin on May 9. I have not received another one since... although I log in to some sort of Disney website almost every day. We are going Oct 1 so I hope hope hope I get another one this year instead of waiting for a promotion!!!

Im praying for PIN for FD but don't expect anything until 2nd week in May, this is when I usually get them. Pin is my only chance of FD for our dates

Nope - no other PIN codes since May 9 2013. Since then I've ordered DVD's twice, customized maps, saved packages for WDW and Disneyland, ordered too many items at the Disney Store to count, etc. Hoping for another one!

Where do you find the link to book at on the mailing? I looked everywhere on the card and I can't find one.

It says to book call Disney or your TA.
