Any other parents way too excited?

This is our second trip as a family to Disney. We went two years ago when DD was 4 and DS was only 9 months. We went 4 days the weather wasn't great, crowds were high and we didn't know what we were doing. This time I have done SOOOOO much research am asking 100 questions on here and getting the best plans possible. When we first booked the trip I was on here so much and looking at everything Disney. Then I stopped for a bit but now that its less than 100 days away I am so excited again. I feel like a kid. It's hard not telling mine. But they are only 5 and 2 so were waiting till the day before. I just cannot wait. Everything about it excites me. My husband not so much but I love it all and I can't wait to see their faces this time. Especially my son since he'll have a better idea whats going on this time even though he wont remember it. I feel like a crazy Disney mom

We have our trip planned for June 2015 and my husband wants to wait to tell the kids until right before we go. I'm trying to convince him to do a whole Disney themed Christmas morning and tell the kids then. I've almost told them a million times already, I don't think I can keep the secret until June. They are 4 and 8 now and will be 5 and almost 9 in June.

Me too. We're going in April and not telling the kids until the last minute. They will be 9, 7, 4, and 3 and are going to be sooo excited. Not sure how I'm going to manage not to tell them until April.

We booked our upcoming trip august 2013 and we are now only 26 days way. And magic bands came today. DS is 2 but this is DH's first trip I'm so excited!

I've been working on shirts, decorating magic bands, making lists, etc while they've been at school. They still have no idea. We're getting so close. I'm so afraid I'm going to let it slip since it's all I can think about.

The planning is almost as much fun as being there. Our kids are older now and they are as crazy as me about the planning. We have so much fun planning it. We just got back from being there for 2 weeks and we can't wait to start planning again.

Yep - same here. Just got back about 10 days ago. Loved it so much I booked a bounce back offer for next August. Already kind of planning out park days. I've lost my mind!

I love it too! I love it so much that I am taking each one of my four kids individually so i can get in a lot of trips. So far I've taken my older dd twice and in a few days, I'm taking my oldest ds for his first solo trip. My youngest wants his trip to be a cruise so he and I will most likely do that at the end of next year. We've done two family trips to WDW so far and our next family disney vacation will most likely be a cruise with all six of us. That won't be any time too soon....maybe three years from now. My DH isn't as big of a fan as I am so this works. We go to the outer banks every summer for our family trip and throughout the year we go on long weekend trips within driving distance.

OMG, I feel like I have been planning FOREVER!!!!! I started really planning this trip in May of 2013, and we leave in 15 DAYS!!!! I spend a large chunk of EVERY day obsessing over what we are going to do and when we are going to do it! I am typically more of a "fly by the seat of our pants" sort of mom, but I can't help wanting to over plan so we can do everything that we want to do! I let my daughters in on the planning about a year ago. They are 8 now and every evening we talk about one more thing we are just dying to do. My poor husband, he doesn't even know what he's gotten himself into! Have a great time!!!

We have 24 days to go and I am by far the most excited in our house. DD loves it and DS remembers going and asks about it but neither one shares my level of obsession with it. DH would be okay if we never went again but he does enjoy seeing the kids and I happy, at least the first day anyway. He says his most exciting part of the trip is boarding the plane to come home.

Meeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!! We went last fall and had so much fun we are going again this fall! My fastpass+ window opens tonight and I can hardly stand the wait!!! My kids are 4 and 6 and they have asked many times since we arrived home from our trip last year when we were going back.

I think I am the most excited out of our group of 8 going, and i'm ok with that

Me! This will be DD's (4) first trip and I am so excited she loves Mickey and Pals, MMCH is one of her favorite shows, and is a daredevil so I think she is going to have so much fun riding rides and seeing Mickey and his friends!
DH loves WDW and is usually the one who is overly excited but this time I am outdoing him!

Oh my goodness. I am so freaking excited. Our DS is 2y9mo, so he sort of gets it. He knows we "going to Mickey's house in 'eptember". We aren't telling him it's actually September now. We've taken him to our local Busch Gardens (in VA) about 10 times this summer to get him used to meeting characters and riding rides. He's prepped and raring to go. I can't wait to see his face the first time he sees Mickey. I may cry.

I'm 24 days out and I can hardly contain my excitement!! But I have to because we're not bringing the kids and I'm trying not to rub it in . We planed this trip as just a race trip for the Tower of terror run... or at least that's what my husband thought hehe. Now are going for a week and I am like a little kid with x's on my calendar!

We're in the Richmond area. We were just up your way last weekend. We took our DS to his first concert (Aerosmith) on Saturday. It's a month of crazy for us.
