Any other mothers of multiples out there?

I have 4.5 month old twin boys, and an almost 6 year old son. I see periodic posts from other multi-moms, and just wondered how many of us are on the Dis! (That, and I plan to pick all your brains about surviving...)

I don't have any children but my sister has triplets in the pre school she works in. They are 4 and they have a sister who is 6 and twin brothers who are 7.

I have twin 20 month old boys. A word of caution....your fertility is VERY high once you stop nursing!! Tequilla and high fertility = another baby. That said, we have DD 5, DS 3, tried for # 3 and had twins, so DS+DS 20 months, and our last baby DS 1 month!!! I love being a busy Mom to 5 health and I think happy children. I would not change a thing now that we have all of them. But did I ever in my weildest dreams think I would be the mother to 5 children?? NO! I love them all. They each do something special to remind me of that each day!!

If you have any twin questions, I would be more than happy to relate our experience.

I have identical twin girls, eight-years-old. If your boys are identical, label all those photos as soon as you get them printed. We were looking at some old unlabeled photographs last night, and on half of them, I couldn't tell who was who anymore!

Well, I'm not nursing (tried and it didn't work out), and did IVF for these guys so I'm not terribly concerned about my fertility. Of course, with my luck I'm now, unbeknowst to me, a very Fertile Myrtle! LOL!

They're fraternal, but that's a welcome reminder anyway. I need to DATE my photographs--time is flying already!

Hey, I have 4.5 month old twins (b/g)! and a 2 year old. I would love any tips for surviving. Or even just glimmers of hope for the future. Although I will say that starting at 3 months things have started getting better. the beginning was so hard though.

Do any of you post to twinstuff.com?

I have triplets 2 boys and a girl who are almost 21/2. As far as surviving, really just take one day at a time, and dont stress over the small things. I also had a hard time in the beginning, because a lot of people would try to give me advice, and I know they meant well but they just could not relate to my situation. I would definatley look into joining twinstuff. The best place for advice and suggestions, is definately from other twin moms. If they are not sleeping thru the night yet, try to rest when they are. I know it is hard with a 6 year old, but when he goes back to school definately slepp when they nap. Good Luck
