I am looking for some homeschoolers to get together next week to qualify for the homeschooling discount price. This sounds like it is a fairly new plan for Disney. I have talked to the education office and we would not have to stay together or do any fancy stuff, just pick up the tickets and explore the park on your own.

Please PM me if you are interested and would like more info. There is a 5 day package available that I am planning to do.

Thanks.

Wow, didn't know there was such a thing. Sounds like a great idea! Hope you find some takers!

It sounds like they are just really starting to push this and publicize it a bit more. Still looking for some friends......

There's also some program at Epcot, I've been meaning to call about the details. It's Disney Homeschooling Days at Epcot or something like that. I have the info somewhere, let me see if I can find it.

I'm a homeschool mom and I have wondered about this. My nephew is on a public school trip to Disney right now. Where do you find information for us? I'd really appreciate any information I can get!

We homeschool, too. That's why we're able to go to the World during off-peak times, like last May!

It's great the WDW is doing this. I've done a bit of research into their Y.E.S. (Youth Education Series) program. There's a lot of great programs they offer that can be counted as class time.
