Good luck Christal! Sounds like you are in the right hands, now! Sending lots and lots of good thoughts your way.
Savannah's Mom - I am pretty sure an u/s would detect a cyst, but I have also heard of them shrinking, so maybe not. Ask the tech (and your doctor) if you have polycyctic ovaries (lots of old cysts on them). It is an indication that you might have PCOS, which may be a barrier to conception.
Good luck!

Thanks for the well wishes, Denae!
Savannah'sMom - I would definitely bring the pain to your doc's attention, but don't worry about it too much. I was diagnosed a while back with a couple of cysts on my left ovary, and a fibroid in my uterus. I can tell you that those things can make ovulation and AF more painful. I had several days of pain with ovulation, and more severe cramping with AF.
But when I had the procedure done last month, they were going to remove those things as well as the Endo. But when they got in there, the cysts and fibroid were gone! My OB said she thinks that the cysts just dissolved and that I must have passed the fibroid. So I wouldn't worry too terribly much about it, but get it checked so that you can rule out anything that could hinder your ability to conceive. Good luck to you!!
