Stepharoonie!, thanks for the link. I'm going to check it out.

Well, I'm not really sure where in my cycle I am since last month was crazy. Tomorrow is the last day AF is expected to be here (usually my cycle is about 42 days, but last cycle was 33. Tomorrow would make 44 days). I have no symptoms (for either AF or pregnancy) so my cycle may just be messed up.

Hopefully, I'll have news this weekend. :wizard: We are supposed to go to a friends house Saturday. They have a bunch of baby stuff for me, but I am already dreading the questions. They are the only ones IRL that know we are trying and they are excited for us. They don't understand that not everyone is like them (their baby was a very big surprise).

Hi Ladies

I am still anxiously awaiting news of the embroyo growth report which I should get late this afternoon...

in the meantime though - the clinic called yesterday to share some good news with my husband and I - they said they don't normally call with this report but they knew how upset and anxious I was so they wanted to give me so good news.

Of the 7 eggs retreived -- 6 were mature. They did this procedure called icsi to all 6 (which means they put the sperm directly into the egg rather than in a petri dish) and all 6 eggs fertilized!!

That is 100% fertilization and the average is 75% so that is great news!

As of yesterday - all 6 of the embroyos were growing -- today we find out how many survived and how well they are growing -- hopefully it is all 6 - we need 2 at a minimum but would love at least 4!

So keep the prayers coming.

But for now at least it is some good news.

Transfer day is still tomorrow.

I wish the stupid phone would ring already with the growing results!!

CARLA -- if you have any input/thoughts since you have been through this already -- please weigh in!

Hugs and baby blessings to everyone!
-Nicole

Been a busy lady so I have only been reading and not replying...

Emily, fingers crossed for you!

Nicole, same as well! I hope to hear great news!!!!!

Michelle, been thinking good thoughts.

Carla, so glad you stopped in! Sorry you've been so sick. I can't believe how far along you are now though!

Becky, I hope the last few days/weeks/hours ;) of your pregnancy go well. You will have to stop in when she is born!

Oh I am so anxious to here. I don't know if we have had two IVF on here before at the same time if we have I missed it. I am anxious to hear about these. I need updates.

Kim

:scared1:

Nicole....just stopping in to wish you the very best and know that I am praying for you. :goodvibes

Elaine...thinking and praying for you too! :goodvibes

Hi guys

Thanks so much for all your good thoughts - I cannot even tell you how much I appreciate it.

It is 351am and I just got up because I can not sleep - I am so excited and anxious about the transfer today - it is scheduled for 11:30am

I got "the call" yesterday and it was all good news! Of the 6 eggs that fertilized they said as of yesterday that "all 6 were available for transfer"

They also said that all 6 embroyos were "at their appropriate stage" and were "all 4 cells" (they go from 1 to 2 to 4 to 8 and so on - doubling each day)

So at the transfer we get the grading report and find out how many of our 6 made it to 8 cells - but so far everything is great.

Thanks guys
Hopefully more good news soon!

Hugs
Nicole

Nicole that sounds great!! I am so happy and my fingers are crossed for you!

Emily, how are the temps looking? :goodvibes:

Sorry I've been MIA for a couple days, but I think we're really close to deciding to have a new house built!! :goodvibes We spent a lot of time there last night pricing out options & including some of the great incentives they have out right now & we can get so much more house for only $200 more a month than what we're paying now. It's crazy! :thumbsup2

I'm SO excited that hubby & I both really liked the same floorplan & everything. I'm going to call & make an appt for tomorrow to go in & put down a deposit to seal the deal. ;) We'll be driving out to look at the model we liked best again tonight just to make sure. Even after we put our money down, we're allowed to change floorplans, etc since the house won't be ready for move-in until late August.

I'm preparing myself for AF to show up over the weekend. My temps looked great for awhile, but they have now gone down 2 days in a row, which is a sign to me that AF is on the way. If she doesn't show up by Sunday, I may test again, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Thankfully, hubby is off all weekend & I have the thought of our new house to keep me occupied.

I'm thinking next month that I won't be using the OPK's again - they were just an added stress of something else to interpret & worry about & then they just managed to confuse my O date for me since my temp rise didn't exactly match the +OPK.

I hope everyone has a great weekend & that we get some BFP's around here soon!!! :goodvibes

Nicole - I wish you all the luck in the world today!! Keep us posted!! :goodvibes

NICOLE-Thinking GREAT STICKY BABY THOUGHTS for you today!!!! I hope all 6 of your little eggies make it to 8 cells!!!! Let us know how it goes when you can!!! :wizard:

Emily-sorry about your temps going down. But you know what they say...not over till the witch shows her face. I am so excited about your new house. You must take pics of the floorplan and let us know what is going on. DH and I were able to do the same thing after we got married. It was such a wonderful experience. Getting to pick out all your colors, wood types, flooring is so gratafying. It will really feel like YOUR home from the first time you turn the key. We knew our contractor so he let us put in some "sweat equaty" into our home and saved ourselves 15k. It was really hard to let that house go but life moves on right?

So i'm leaving for the Drs in about 15 minutes. I'm getting nervous and feeling a little queasy.

Hope Michelle is doing well!!!!!

Later girls!!!

A few things from me:

When is Michelles Transfer?

So when we talk to Nicole next she could be pregnant?

And last night I got a sour taste in my mouth after I had a cup of coffee and it won't go away. Everything is sour I eat right now. Has this ever happened to any of you?

Kim

Well, I'm 3 DPO and it's weird because my bbs have been sore sore sore at night and in the morning, and I've had quirky cramps. I don't know if that test I did last week made the cramps go wacky, but eh....two week waits are no fun!

Stepharoonie - I was crampy for a few days after the HSG. And odd cramps, not like the usual AF cramps. No one should ever have to do a test that involves a cervix and a clamp :) But there are a bunch of studies that show that patients have a greater chance of getting pregnant after an HSG, so I'll keep my fingers crossed

Jen

Well back from the Dr. She said she is not to worried about me but she gave me some options based on the history I gave her and blood test results I've already had. She said I could go back on Clomid and do a 21 day progesterone test to check things out or I could have an HSG first then try the Clomid the next cycle if I didn't get pregnant after the HSG.

So I am waiting to get a call as to when my HSG will be scheduled. My husband thinks I'm jumping the gun but I know for my own sanity I NEED to know that there is nothing "wrong" in there. It will take a big load off my shoulders.

Steph and Kim-Baby Dust for your 2ww. :wizard:

Sending sticky baby dust to you, Nicole! Hope everything went well today!! pixiedust:

Fingers crossed for the 2ww folks...

DH and I are off to Seattle this weekend to visit his grandmother. She's failing quickly so we want to get in visits while we still can. Dh has booked us at a B&B and has planned a date night for us for Saturday! I'm looking forward to getting away for a few days, even if it will be sad to see grandma in her failing health.

Imarried, I hope you have a good trip to Seattle even though some of it will be sad.

Emily, don't give up hope yet. You never know ;)

Stephanie, I won't comment yet, but the sore bbs is promising. Not sure you'd be feeling cramping yet since implantation wouldn't have happened yet (I think). Fingers crossed though.

Sending lots and lots of Baby Dust to you Nicole!

I can't remember when Michelle was supposed to go in... I thought soon though.
