Any one use L&M rental at MCO?

Looking for any feedback, positive or negitive. They are one of only a few that have full size vans onsite. Any input is appreciated.

Somehow I missed the thread specific to L&M from 3-31!! Sorry.

Looks like mixed reviews. If anyone wants to add anything, it's appreciated.

Why no rental agencies on site have a vehicle for 8(+) people baffles me. A minivan is too small, and the next size is a 15 passager van! Are the 8 and 12 passanger vans all offsite???

Alamo has them, or so I would assume an Astro will hold 8 people, they say it does. Alamo is onsite.

Plenty of complaints right on this forum of L&M simply refusing to honor your reservation when you get to the rental counter.

there was a thread earlier .. i used them in march and had absolutely no probelems, new car ( ford windstar 4000 miles on clock ) friendly service and they accepted my german insurance for the rental. Had a great rate from orbitz for 129 USd a week for the minivan and glad i did use them !!
I can recommend them.. there seems to be some negative postings about them, most of them from people " that did hear from a friend... " thing....

They are onsite, they are cheap, car was fine.. what else would you like from a rental car company ??? Make sure you have your insurance certificate with you when renting !!

We have rented from L & M three times with no problems. We have had cars from three different categories: luxury, minivan and mid size. The cars were almost new and very clean. Check in and out was quick. For the price, I was thrilled.

I've only used them once in April 2002 because they had the best price at that time. I had no problems and would use them again if they had the cheapest rate.
