I know it not WH's but honestly for us it looks just as nice and the location is fairly close to the parks as well. I've been told by the management that you can see the fireworks from MK from the backyard. We rented a home last year with another company and was very impressed and tried booking with them this year as well but their 3bdroom homes were all booked during the time of our visit and we had no need for a larger home, so that's when I decided to go with AVH.
I did some research with the FL BBB to see if any complaints had be lodged with this company or the owners and my search came up empty. Normally I would take that as a good sign and stop there but after reading some of the stories on here I wanna try to get some further reassurence while I still can cancell, get most if not all of my deposit back and rebook with someone else.
Any feedback would be helpful.
