A few people posted about their experience after the first night on 10/13. However, it was a rainy evening and threw a wrench in some things. For those of you who have been since then, do you have any info./tips for the rest of us? Our turn is finally coming up on Friday, so I'm getting prepared. :cool1: Thanks a bunch!

Dont forget to bring your camera. There are a lot more decorations installed 1 hour before the park reopens(DCA). A lot of ppl seem to love the Mickey Ghost, because there was quite a bit of ppl waiting in line to get a picture of it.

Also, lots of characters so be sure to be quick on the candy :)

I just put up my report from Thursday. Biggest tip- get there early or you miss alot!!!
Have fun!!!

I'm at the Orange County airport after 4 days at DL and I'm back on the Dis already!
We went to the Halloween Treat and it was great! Lots of kids and lots of adults in great costumes. There was a guy dressed as a pink flamingo who was awesome. The wife and I went dressed as a pirate and pirate wench. We had a great time!
Do get there at 7:30 as there is lots to see and do. We had a great time playing the free games at Paradise Pier. We also got lots of candy, which we are probably going to give out during halloween. Thanks Disney! :thumbsup2

It really was a fun event, with lots of character interaction, minimal lines for attractions and many great costumes.
