Only the Disney Bus drivers think so. Then again, they are also discussing the fifth park, extra entrance to the magic kingdom, sub-terranian nuclear reactor for constant electrical supplies, Cindy's Castle Missle Silo, etc. So in short, 'No." Never believe anything your bus driver says...

Someone once quoted the cost for monorail expansion to be in the neighborhood of $1 mil per 100 feet of line. I wouldn't doubt that too highly, and it's simply not a cost that can be easily justified.
