Any major changes?

It has been nearly a year since our last trip and I feel like such a rookie!!! Anything major that I need to know???

 

[Disney Dreams]

Where to start........

- Lots of DCA is under construction
- The sunwheel now has a giant Mickey on it instead of the sun.
- Parade of Dreams is gone. The new "parade" is "Celebrate, A Street Party." It is not a parade, but a street party that takes place in 3 places one after another. Over 30 characters, stilt walkers, fun bikes, you can join in at various points, etc.... DCA has a Pixar parade.
- Remember, Dreams Come True Fireworks are gone. Fireworks is now, "Magical," and it includes both Tink and Dumbo flying. Good stuff.
- The Gallery is gone.
- The Bank is closed.
- Opera House is returning to "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln"
- No clue when these opened so just listing: Princess Fantasy Faire, Pixie Hollow, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Studio 365
- Free admission (or gift) on your birthday.

I'm sure there's more, but that's a start.

i thought they stopped the princess fantasy faire? its just a line for princesses now, no dancing or coronation?

so there is all the above changes, major construction at DCA.

When are you going? Halloweentime? That will be really fun.

Yes, it's just a character meet & greet for the princesses now. It's still being called Princess Fantasy Faire though.
