I would love any tips, especially pertaining to fastest way to arrive at each park (bus situation to MK, AK, walk to MGM? Epcot?), and any other recommendations you can share.

I especially would love to know what time we should leave our room each day to arrive for park opening (or 30 minutes before.)

Any insight at all is appreciated :wave2: :listen:

I have only stayed at the Swan once, but have stayed at the Dolphin several times (my favorite resorts)

My general rule of thumb is to leave 1 hour before Park Opening for Parks that I have to bus to (AK & MK) that should put you at the gate in a 1/2 hour if you have any waits for the bus.

It takes about 10 minutes slow walk to get to the International Gateway into Epcot. It'll take you longer to boat to Epcot than walk due to boat stops at BW & Y&B.

It takes about 20 minutes moderate walk or 10 minutes boat to get to MGM. If you boat, you may have to wait for the boat a few minutes, so figure leaving your room 1/2 hour before you want to arrive at MGM.

Going from Resort to Resort, figure on an hour using WDW transportation. If you want to go to AKL, I would highly recommend taking a cab. There are always cabs available in front of the Swan or Dolphin. Cab to AKL from Swan will be about $15. All other resorts are easy & quick by WDW transpo.

Thanks Leota :) That info is exactly what I needed! That was sweet of you :flower:
