Any info on the new four seasons?

I am wondering where exactly this is? Will they have access to disney transportation? Is this kind of like swan / dolphin? Getting curious about this as an option for next summer but I need more info, anyone have the details?

The hotel is located in the Golden Oak, a private residential community on Disney property.

We are looking at what is happening with this as well. We know a guy whose architectural firm is building it. We are on LI but he is down there every week.
Google pics, it looks incredible. It will have a rooftop steakhouse with views of MK fireworks! It will have a lazy river. The rooms pics are gorgeous. It sounds like it will be true deluxe.
The room rates are not clear as they are posting a lot of corporate rates now.
It says it is set to open July 2014. We are booked for end of July but we are keeping our eyes out for when they say they are booking for this time. Right now the word is the end of this year they will book for summer.

hmm I have heard of Golden Oaks but never really knew what it was. I wonder if they will have any boat transport to MK? That would be huge!
