Any Info on DVC at Eagle Pines?

Is this resort history?
Everyone is talking about DI DVC now but I hear no mention of EPV. I was just wondering if anyone heard any information that this new DVC resort idea has been either scrapped all together or put on the shelf until the economy turns around?
I really liked the theme idea they were talking about for EPV (specifically the idea that it would be the flagship DVC resort like GF for the regular resorts with shops, restaurants, etc.). If they are scrapping the Idea, perhaps they will bring that theme to DI.

The Eagle Pines project is still on the table, but has taken a back seat to DI- since that can be completed more rapidly.

No construction is currently ongoing at the EP site, but the project has not been scrapped.

The word seems to be that the DVC resort at Eagle Pines is on hold until some future date. How far in the future? I think a lot of that depends upon whether the announced 192-unit DVC resort at Disney Institute is all they'll build at that site -- or whether it's just the first phase of something much bigger that will take many years to build out.
