Any info about the new Soarin film?

Instead of Soarin' over the world, why not Soarin' over Florida or Soarin' over the USA where it visits all of the landmarks/ natural wonders? Perhaps I feel that way because I live near Niagara Falls, and would love to see it there, but Soarin' over USA or Florida would be better than the world in my opinion.

First of all, whoever wrote that article is illiterate. Let's just get that out of the way.

Secondly, why in the name of the big man upstairs would Disney film a "Soarin' Over the World" and then place it in DCA? It's Disney's California Adventure! They're spending $1.5 billion to overhaul it into a more authentic Californian experience, and you mean to tell me that upon it's grand reopening they're going to change "Soarin' Over California" to "the World?" Where's the logic in that? Placing it in Epcot makes perfect sense, but then this kind of idiocy sounds on par with WDI and Disney itself.

Soarin' is so popular in DCA because, let's face it, it's DCA. Soarin' is so popular in Epcot because there is nothing else to do in Future World, particularly when it opens first thing in the morning. It's an utter catastrophe that when they drop the rope, your E-ticket options are Soarin', Test Track and Mission: Space. TT is fun but getting so long in the tooth. M:S was a poor idea from the start; you can always tell when an amusement park is strapped for ideas when they construct a building and put a ride inside that basically justs spins in circles at high revolutions. My point is, those are your three top choices out of (what used to be) seven outer-ring pavilions. Disney needs to gut and re-imagine UoE, tear down the WoL building, re-think M:S, re-theme TT, dynamite the Imagination Institute and turn it into the "Sky Pavilion", leave the Land as is (but give it a world Soarin' movie), and dump all the Pixar junk from the Living Seas. Ah, but wait, the economy's bad and now would be the perfect time to get going, so you can be sure nothing will be done. End scene.

So why do you go to WDW? Sounds like you don't like it much.

It's kind of like people. I've never met you, but if I had been visiting you several times a year for the past 20 years, I'm sure I could make a few suggestions that might make you a better person. It doesn't mean I don't like you, it just means there is always room for improvement. :)

We love SOC and would do it a few times a day if the lines would not be so long.
Even funnier is that the movie goes just left of a friends former house. No her house is nt in the film, but if the film was just a little wider we would see her house. I look everytime to see if the film changed any around that area. (silly I know)
