Any ideas where to find HHI rack rates for 2017?

Looking into using the DVC discount for rack rates at HHI for March 2017.

Anyone know where to find these rates? On the Disney site, you can look up rates, but you have to enter your dates and it does not allow 2017 dates to be submitted.
