Any Ideas on Inexpensive Photo Booth Backdrop???

Am wanting to do a fun photobooth with all the props for a party and am needing some cheap ideas on a backdrop I could either hang from a tree or stand up somehow in the grass. Would like it to be fun and colorful but easy to DIY. Thanks

We used a red throw blanket that we had in the house. It had a velvety look.

You can get a good-sized piece of canvas to make the backdrop from your local hardware store, in the paint section. If you keep the fabric all twisted and bunched up while you dye and dry it, you'll get a nice marbled effect for your backdrop.

Get a rainbow array of plastic table cloths at the dollar store and hang them up as your background. Bunch them together so all the colors are close together. Pinterest, like the PP said, is great.

For a kids party, we covered an ironing board with a bright pink plastic tablecloth decorated with zig zag lines from yellow duct tape. Then we hung a blue tarp and put cushions on the ground with the homemade "surf board" at an angle on the cushions. We decorated the blue tarp with a sun cardboard picture from the party store and had an inflatable palm tree on the side. The kids came dressed in tropical swimwear and wore leis and struck a pose on the "surf board."

We bought a king size white sheet from the Goodwill and tye died it. Hung it using the extra large size bankers clips.
