I wouldn't waste my time calling and being on a long hold. If there are IT issues, you won't be the only person experiencing a problem. There are LOTS of older threads about the various Disney IT issues as many are continuing issues. Usually the first thing they tell you is reboot and/or clear your cookies/cache. Whether or not that actually accomplishes anything is anyone's guess, but always seems like the first thing any help desk says to do. Clearing cookies/cache can also wipe out stored passwords on ALL of the other sites you use which can be a HUGE nuisance to redo, especially if it has nothing to do with solving your problem.
If something doesn't work right, my first choice would be to try again later and/or use a different device (i.e. PC v.s phone) or operating system.
