Any Ideas before calling IT

made two ADR's then wasn't able to make any more on my mac laptop or apple ipad. whenever i pick a time the screen freezes on both devices.
 
Well the first step in tech support is log in and log out. If the browser you use has a privacy option, try to use that. If those don't work, then reboot your systems.

If those fail, then call?
 
Same as above:
  • Log out, log back in
  • Privacy browser
  • Shut your device. Shut it all the way down, not just restart. Wait about 1 minute before turning it back on.
  • Try a different browser. Yes, you can use chrome on an apple device.
  • Clear your browser cache, close the browser re-open
  • Are you using your home WiFi - try disconnecting from the WiFi

Basically, try one of the options and move onto the next one.
 
That's really odd. If it continues, I might be inclined to call the DINE number first so you can grab the ADRs you want - then perhaps worry about the tech side. Hope the suggestions above get you clear to make them yourself.
 

I've had all those problems and tried each solution and the answer is variable.
Switching browsers and going to privacy mode has worked best for me. At times, switching to a different device has also worked or switching to a different wifi if possible.
 
Probably the usual cookies issue. Incognito or clearing caches usually works best. Also try app. Good luck
 
I wouldn't waste my time calling and being on a long hold. If there are IT issues, you won't be the only person experiencing a problem. There are LOTS of older threads about the various Disney IT issues as many are continuing issues. Usually the first thing they tell you is reboot and/or clear your cookies/cache. Whether or not that actually accomplishes anything is anyone's guess, but always seems like the first thing any help desk says to do. Clearing cookies/cache can also wipe out stored passwords on ALL of the other sites you use which can be a HUGE nuisance to redo, especially if it has nothing to do with solving your problem.

If something doesn't work right, my first choice would be to try again later and/or use a different device (i.e. PC v.s phone) or operating system.
