Any Idea what oocs.exe is?

My Norton firewall keeps saying that oocs.exe is trying to access the interent and suggests blocking it. I always do..but what the heck is it?

It looks like it is spyware. Try downloading Adaware or Spybot Search & Destroy to see if you can get rid of it that way. Good luck
