Any hope for us Thursday people?

Another probably repeated question, will we be able to book online or does it have to be done over the phone?

Hey,
To all those waiting...there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Keep your chin up and call FISRT THING THURSDAY MORNING and have a back up plan READY! And for good measure, a back up for your back up!!!

Anyway, SMILE ON ALL, SMILE ON!! It's Disney after all!

Pirate's on the right track..

If you can be flexible.. you should be able to find something to meet your needs!

I think there should be np getting a booking on thursday- the key is just to be flexible, and remember, any disney vacation is a GREAT disney vacation!! While i was on hold this morning (for over an hour and a half!) it occurred to me that there was a good chance by the time i got a cm, my "1st" choice booking would not be available any longer. So, while i was waiting, i made a list of my "acceptable" replacements, which included leaving a night off at the end, switching resorts (had my list in order of what other resorts i wanted to check), moving the entire week, etc. Fortunately, i was able to get exactly what i originally wanted, so i didnt need to bust out my plan b, but it certainly made me feel better to have one. i DID NOT want to have to make a split decision if i had to and get stuck with something i would regret!! good luck to everyone, ill be thinking of you!

As far as we know, you have to call. I've never seen any place on the site where you could enter in the code. Last year's situation will get you a mix of replies...some said they were able to do it online and some said they were not. I was one of the people who never saw that you could do it online (unless you booked online but called to have the free dining applied). Just to be safe, I'd recommend calling.

I think that we'll be able to book on Thursday w/out a problem. Because with every code that's out there, there is a set amount of rooms. The people booking today will be using a different code than those of us booking on Thursday. They should have x amount of rooms for the Visa cardholders and x amount of rooms for the general public.

good luck everyone and may you be the first one to book- oh wait a minute I hope to be the first one on thursday morning.

Last year I booked online but it was when the Goofy with the chef hat appeared and I clicked on it and booked. I suppose the link added the code?

This year I need two connecting rooms so I'm not going to even try to book online, I'll take my chances with the hold times.

As far as having a back up plan. What would you suggest? We want the POP, we're familiar with that resort and like everything about it. If that isn't available of course we'll try the other values, but then what? CBR or one of the other moderates? Which one is next in line for price?

Thanks! and good luck to you all!!!
