Any Guys Out There ?

Sometimes I think that I'm the only guy in here.
Are there any other DH's out there ?
If there are, I think we need a support group.

There are at least two of us! My entire family loves Disney, but I am the planner in the family so I am the one who spends much of his free time looking for tips to make the next trip even better.

Make it 3... In the "help/tips" areas of the board I've always thought it was fairly balanced. That is, at least 1 in 10, maybe?

My wife likes going to WDW for our enjoyment and the kids'. But she leaves all the arranging and thinking to me. She used to laugh at my daily trips to DISboards, until I learned here about a room code and saved us $378 off our existing reservation for November.

Now, she encourages me to visit DISboards. Gotta love it.

DW tolerates and DD loves to go along for the ride.

But I do all the planning and make all the arraingments .She just wakes up and follows.

make it 4 ,I'm he disney nut in my house . do all the planning for all the trips in fact leaving nov 3rd 8 days at cbr can't wait . already starting to plan next trip in 2008 disney cruise. these boards sure do fill in the magic. To answer your question Yes we do need a support board.

Me too! I am the exited one compared to the rest of the family as it is drawing near. (Just 18 days away!) I also do all the planning and strategizing.

Should we have our own support group. "Hi I'm Pete, I love Disney World, and I'm a dude."

Count me too...and my situation is probably rarer than the rest of you.

I'm single.

And I love The World. The Mouse is The Man.

I used to go all the time with my ex-girlfriend, now it's more with family (brother/sister-in-law who got me hooked on The Mouse a few years ago) and my circle of friends who are willing to put up with it every now and again.

But...you all understand.......the addiction........

Well this is as good a place as any to say helloooo! And I do all the trip planning for my family. First trip to WDW is week of July 8 2007! I've been in Atlanta in the same time period so I know about the heat and Humidity!

I am another guy who is teh main DISer and planner in the family. DW loves WDW but I am the one who dreams and plans trips. She and the kids kind of step back and let me handle things. Suits me.

I'm another Disney Dude. I'll be dragging my DFi to Disney in 23 days. Without me she would probably never go to Disney again. I try to convince her once a year we need to go to WDW.

I also seem to plan WDW vacations for friends/co-workers/relatives/etc. Sometimes I think planning can be as fun as going.
