Any great smaller SUVs than a Suburban?

I'm a Chevy girl. I've driven others, but always go back. I dislike Fords and have had bad experience with any that I've owned. I drive a 99 Suburban right now, with 3 kids, 10, 7 & almost 4. My 4 year old is tiny and in a huge Britax booster. My oldest is getting to the age of wanting her friends to come over, etc. Anything smaller would be pushing it for me, but I love the look of the Traverse.... I've had no problems with mine, and it's around 110k. My car isn't bad on gas either. A full tank gets me a couple of weeks. DH drove it when we went to FL and he was amazed how good the gas milage was just going back & forth to work. I get less with traveling around town, but still not the "gas guzzler" they're made out to be.

HATE my Chevy Trailblazer!!! Loved my old one (10+ year ago), but the new one: not so much.
