Any funny Lady Tremaine/Stepsisters stories?

Our Dinner at 1900 Park and Fare:

We got our table almost right away and the first character to come by was Prince Charming - Chloe wasn’t too impressed with him. Cinderella came by as well – Chloe was more interested in her, then they announced it was time for the Royal Waltz! So Cindy and Prince went to go waltz and her two step-sisters hung out by us. Suddenly the one with red hair screams “A RAT! THERE’S A RAT ON THE TABLE!” I cannot figure out what she is freaking out about and she is pointing at us. Suddenly I realize it is Chloe’s Minnie mouse! The step-sister grabs the Minnie and goes shrieking through the restaurant about this mouse. She eventually brings it back and says, “Well at least it’s dead!” We were all rolling with laughter – including Chloe.

The step-sisters came by next and for whatever reason Chloe adored them. She kept telling them “Hi!” and trying to get their attention. They paid extra attention to her and despite being the “evil” step-sisters both said that she was really cute. The evil step-mother was also there and she was so in character. She sneered at Chloe and asked my husband “is this yours?” He of course said yes and the she asked, “Have you named it?” LOL! My husband says yes, and her response was; “Well now you’re stuck with it.” Chloe in the meantime is completely in love with this woman. She keeps saying, “Hi!” and waving and doing everything she can to get her attention. I have a great picture of her and the stepmother.

Oh, i love these stories. I am going in Nov. so maybe we will do a dinner there so we can get that whole experience. Thanks for sharing your stories with us!!

Will Lady Tremaine and the step-sisters interact with childless adults at the dinner? They are such great characters and I have been dying to go. This thread has just about convinced me. I've met the step-sisters at Til We Meet Again on the Disney Magic, although Lady Tremaine doesn't come out there, and they are a riot!

This dinner has become very popular. When we were there in December we ate at the Grand Floridian Cafe. While waiting endlessly for our bill, my sister sauntered over to the open section of 1900 Park Place and watched the interaction with the stepsisters. She said it was hilarious! We have ressies for a night in April, and I wanted to tweak it. The CM said it was not possible because the dinner is "sold out" that night. I suggest you book early.

Does anyone know when they began this dinner?

Geez I'm just kicking myself for not knowing about the 1900 Park Fare and the stepfamily antics last month when we were at WDW!!

I've read that this character meal is fairly new and it obviously seems to be getting rave reviews. Do you think there is a chance that this one will still be here 2 years from now? Sadly, that will be our next trip.

Do character meals tend to last a long time? How long was the one this replaced in existence for?

I think with all the positive reviews, Disney will keep this one around for a while. Besides, it's not that frequent that character meals are replaced.

For those of you who've seen LT & the stepsisters at 1900 Park Fare - do they appear at breakfast and dinner?? Has anyone done both? If so which do you think was more entertaining?

OH YES THey will play it up big time. My Dh is still reeliong from the hassales they gave him about marrying me instead of one of them.

So finally, I got up to the three, and the first thing Drizella says is "Hi, are you gonna be my prince?" and I decide to say "Lady Drizella, it would be my honor." So then Anastacia starts flirting with me to try to get me to be her prince. Next, her and Drizella are fighting over me, when Lady T says "Now now girls....Mother is lonely too."

That's fantastic!

My dd3 and I were at P&PP last Sept. and we saw them but the line had been cut for the night but we stood and watched them interact with people for a while. They were a riot! This one little girl about 4 years old ran away from Anastasia screaming. So Anastasia asked the mom if they saw Mickey Mouse and the mom said "Yes" and Anastasia asked if the the little girl ran screaming from him and the mom said "No, she hugged Mickey" So then Anastasia says to the girl who is hiding behind her dad "You hugged the rat but not me? He's a giant RAT, I'm just a girl! I would think that a giant RAT would be scarier than a girl!" like she was really offended. Hillarious!

Oh, and they had a fit for my tiara, necklace and bracelet because they had a 'glass slipper' on them.

I just wanted to say how beautiful your wedding was! Love the hair, tiara, jewelry, smile!

Sounds like Disney found a gem with this idea!

Met the two sisters at 1900 PF dinner last week: DD5 in cinderella dress with picture of Cindy on a pin... both US's complimented her on her pretty dress but said it was a shame there was a nasty stain on it... as Drizella moved away DD asked me if they were princesses... I replied, loud enough for her to hear, "not really, they just think they are". Drizella turned and tried to stare me down... I won, then she stamped her foot, saying "You're lucky mother isn't here!" and stormed off.
