Any Experience with this company?

Anyone ever use www.magictransportation.com for going from the airport to your resort? We were looking at Tiffany, but with mixed reviews lately, I thought I would look at some other places, and came across this one.

Let me know your opinions please, good or bad- thanks!

We just returned home on Sunday and used them. Our driver (Emil) was waiting for us upon arrival at MCO baggage claim area. He helped us with all our luggage (we had 6 adults, a 3 yr old and a 10 month old), had the car seat ready and waiting in the van. He was very courteous and efficient. He also gave two autograph books and pens to the little ones. He was very prompt on our return trip from WL at 8:30AM. I originally booked online and then Jeannette called me to confirm and asked if we had any special needs or requests. I was also called the day before we departed to confirm our arrival info. We were more than pleased with this company and will ABSOLUTELY use them again!! Wonderful experience!

We used them too, in March. I can't say enough good things about them. They were always on time (we used them for a trip to Sea World too), courteous, had a big stuffed Mickey Mouse for my kids to play with, supplied 2 car seats, lent us a stroller for the entire week we were there (it was a nice stroller, too), and we made a grocery stop. All for $80 roundtrip!!

Our driver (Anthony, I think), gave us autograph books and pens as well, in addition to light-up ice cubes.

Great service and I would definitely use them again!!

I booked online and Jeannette e-mailed me to confirm, and then I did get a confirmation phone call the day before we left.

We used their services this past winter.Very happy with them.The driver,Anthony,was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable.They were very accomadating.We will be using their services again for our Dec. Disney vacation!!

I have a trip reserved with them based on all of the positive things I have heard about them on these boards. I have not had personal experience with them yet--but have had phone contact and that left me with a good impression. When I mentioned that I had heard good things about them in an online chat, the guy said "the DIS?" and when I said yes, he gave me a $5 discount! That was nice.

For those who have used the company what kind of stroller did they provide you with? Did it have a basket underneath it? I want to make sure before we decide to leave ours at home. TIA!

Yes, the stroller had a nice-sized basket underneath. It was a very nice stroller...sturdy, full-sized stroller....not an umbrella stroller. Easy to collapse for the busses, and easy to unfold when we got off.

Make sure you request the bigger, full sized stroller...because I think they actually offer two kinds...the bigger one and an umbrella kind. Jeannette will actually send you a picture of the stroller if you ask, because I wasn't sure what type I wanted to use while I was there.

Definitely go with a company that DISers can actually say they have used! Going with someone that "seems" good, or that does a lot of heavy advertising isn't a "safe" bet.
I have read other good reviews for this company in the past. I think the smaller, less heard of businesses are going to do their best because they aren't as well known and they have to compete with the ones that can afford to do the "in your face everywhere" kind of advertising!

booked online & got a confirmation email back. they never
actually called me so i was worried but i didnt have to be.
John was at the luggage carousel at arrival & tom took us back to
the airport.
we made the grocery stop. also got a stroller-didnt use it.
worth the $80.00. the towncars were clean & the drivers were
courteous. if you break it down, it cost a little over $13.00 for each
of us(theres 3 of us). we travelled in style & will do it again.
we didnt get an autograph book or pen. our driver had stickers.

Well, we are all set with two boosters, a stroller with a basket under the seat, and a grocery stop at Publix!!! I am also impressed that they will keep in touch with Amtrak to find out what time our train will actually reach Kissimmee. The past week has been 2-3 hours behind schedule. That will be great to have someone there at the station so that we don't have to call & wait for someone to show up.

This is our first time not driving anywhere so it is a little nerve racking for me to put all the details together. They have definitely helped me so far & I will let everyone know how it goes.
