We are doing split stay on Labor Day weekend with one night GCH & one night DLH. Planning on just relaxing in the pools and chilling in room (we are passholders so we can do parks another time). Has anyone ever upgraded to concierge? How much was it to upgrade? Did u think it was worth it?

TIA! :thanks:

The upgrade at the DLH ranges from about $200-250 (no room upgrade, just concierge) and at GCH it is about $300. Labor day weekend may be very difficult to get the upgrade as it is marathon weekend and most races the lounge is overly full.

If you know you want to upgrade I would call now. As Malcon10t indicated it is a busy weekend and if you wait until check in there may not be any availability.

It sounds like there is no discount for asking for it at check in so I agree with OP: if you know you want it, add it to your reservation now so it will be locked in. We love concierge at GCH!

Thanks for the responses, everyone! :flower1:

My brother visiting from Utah just told me tonight they may join us cuz it's DD's birthday weekend also. Won't be doing concierge anymore as I've just booked a PPH suite to accommodate space for the 6 of us. I'll keep hounding the hotels' sites for room opening. Wish me luck! :rainbow:

Cross your fingers to get Family of the Day, and at least you'll get one day to access the concierge lounge free! We also just hang out by the pools when we stay on site, and we can't get the kids back into the Parks!
