Any Expedition Everest rumors???

I saw that ... sounds very cool. Heck the one we got last year was super cool!

I am very curious about they note saying that the Scavenger Hunt will be different. It says something about gathering clues along the race route? They can't be having you pick up clue cards while you run and do the obstacles, can they? Anyone have any speculations???

OK - off I got to register. I'm a first time runner - period! lol. I've tried a few times to couch to 5k but something always came up to set me back and I actually thought I was done trying until this came up I've got my 5k to about the 40 - 43 min mark so hoping to get a bit better still by May.

DD13 and I will be running the race and DH was contemplating volunteering to be a part of it too but he can't sign up to volunteer until a few months before the race. So - I don't know if I should get an extra party ticket when I register for him or not?? Do the volunteers stay on for the party does anyone know??

I hope that's not the case! I have to concentrate on my running and lose my pace easily if I get distracted. Plus, I finally convinced my mother to participate. She's signing up as a single runner and she's never done anything like this before. She is kind of freaked out, and she stresses a lot already about the scavenger hunt. Since I participated last year, I knew that she'd be able to worry about the run part first and my DH and I could meet up with her if she needed help with the scavenger hunt part.
