Any early eaters experience late dining?

Yes, years ago as a family we also ate at Cabanas for dinner. The food was limited and from a menu. Just a small section was open. I remember a little salad bar though. I would guess maybe 30 tables?? Never really crowded. Open maybe 6 to 8?? It was great. For me, the MDR takes too long.
