Any Disney outlets on Florida's West coast?

We will be vacationing in Venice FL this June. I thought there was an outlet store on the west coast somewhere around sarasota/tampa. I am unable to locate one on the internet. Can any help?

I know about the 3 that are in the orlando area-- plan on hitting those in Aug when we go to disney.

Hi there. I grew up in Venice, FL. There is an outlet at the Ellenton outlets. That is just north of Bradenton, right off of 75. I beleive it is the next exit up from the Bradenton outlets. You can't miss it. It is right off the exit. The Disney outlet is towards the back of the outlet mall.

I don't think its there anymore. I was at the Ellenton outlets back in October and it wasn't on the outlet map nor did I see it and I walked the whole outlet mall so I am assuming it closed. I was bummed too because that was one of the reasons I went, especially since I live so close to it and hadn't been yet!

Not the west coast but in Orlando those that are fans of Vera Bradly there is an outlet to open I think this Spring.

They keep e-mailing me reminders, as if they knew I was going to Disney next month. I think it opened on March 11th, if I'm not mistaken.

DH probably won't let me go, he says I have too many already (just got a new one on Tuesday), but I need a bag for my new laptop.

I can confirm that the Disney Outlet in Ellenton did close because it wasn't opened in August 2010, which was the last time my family and I went there.

There is a Disney Character Warehouse store at the Miromar Outlets, South of Fort Myers

Thank you everyone. I kindof thought it closed when I was looking at the store directory of the outlet malls that I found-- bummer. I was hoping to get a jump start on our shopping bf our trip in Aug. Guess I will have to wait till then.


I will have to check out the Disney character warehouse in Miromar Outlets,
I think that is like the one in Orlando that is near Walmart. that one doesn't seem to have much good stuff. Aways have better luck w the oulet store by Sea world.

I am soo excited about the Vera Bradley outlet!!! I am not too sure DH is but too bad!!LOL DD7 has a new desk and I would like to get her some accessories for it. Plus a girl could never have enought VB!!

Can't wait to see the MK in 95 days!!! We are stopping after getting off the autotrain. My 2 DN's are gonna hang out at Downtown disney while I take my 4 DC over to MK for lunch and a few rides. Gotta love AP's!! How can I not drive by WDW and not stop and say "hi" to Mickey??!! I am sure my 2 DNs will enjoy some girl time alone!
