Any discounts offered Nov 3-Dec 7 timeframe ever?

We are going to Disney World November 30-December 7th. Are there ever any type of discounts offered around this time? If so, since I've already booked it, can I still get the discount? Also, if there was free dining would I get the cost difference between the free basic dining and the deluxe I booked?

Me too! Going Nov 12-17. We went a few weeks ago during Spring Break and the crowds were insane! We have been switching between March and November for years because we like F&G festival but we also like to be there before the holidays... Usually have better luck with the crowds in the fall, better luck with discounts in the spring! Hoping for something this year!

We are going Nov 13-18 also. We are staying AoA -Little Mermaid but may have to switch resorts if room discounts come out b/c everything I read says that resort is. If any discounts come out, will I be able to switch resorts or have to cancel my package?

If the type of room you want is available at a different resort they can book switch your package.

We went in 2010 in the middle of November and we got the free dining offer. It was awesome!

For the past 4 years, Free Dining has been offered for this time frame... hoping for this year as well...

We always get the free dining at that time! Love it! If I remember correctly it will come out around July.

So, let's say Free Dining was offered during our stay but we had already added the DDP to our package. Can they delete that from our package and refund us the money? I'm assuming yes, but didn't know how that would work as I've never been when Free Dining was offered! Lol.

I'm also hoping for the free dining. Taking the big kids and grandaughter for the first time, and it would surely help, but already added the dining just in case. Just trying to decide if we should upgrade the dining plan from quick service to the next one up since we want to do some character meals which we will have to do OOP if we don't upgrade.
