Any Discount at Character Outlets?

Are there percentage-off discounts at the Disney Character Outlets if you have any of these:

• Disney Visa
• Annual Pass
• DVC

I want to say when we were there in December, they asked at the outlet in Orlando and St. Augustine...but I can't really say 100% for sure. I'm about 85% sure, haha. Probably doesn't help much, sorry!

I was told no last time I visited the one in Orlando (the one off I-4). She was actually snotty about it and said "Discount? Everything here is already on discount. Why do you need another discount?"
