Any Dis VISA incentive offers?

DD is off to college at the end of the month and we are looking for an emergency credit card for her to take to school. I figure, why not make it a Disney VISA card, and was wondering if there are any ongoing special offers out there, so we can get a bonus? I know last summer they ran a $100 gift card incentive, and last winter it was $200. I'm not looking for something I'm not entitled to (sometimes they are only for DVC, or new card holders, etc), but if there's anything being offered by Chase, I'd love some extra $$$ for Disney!
