Right around the corner. It's the next street east from Cold Springs off Sycamore Cyn. I used to sneak into the Ganna Walska estate (the pink walls) all the time as a kid. Despite al the rumors, she was a nice old lady who would give us iced tea sometimes.

That is so funny, I've never heard it called the Ganna Walska estate, only Lotus Land! But how cool, did you ever visit "the arches" up in the hills behind the campus/ do you know what the real story is about them?
