Any deals on Madden 11?

I saw super deals on this for black Fri. and Cyber Mon....but didn't think I needed it since my kids already have it and play with it constantly. Well, of course now that the sales are over, they got a scratch in theirs yestereday and it doesn't work, so they added it to their Christmas list.

Any one know of any more deals on this? Lowest I saw was online at gamestop for $39.99. Should I go with this, or does anyone know of something lower?

Did you buy it less than 3 months ago? Maybe contact EA if it is still under warranty and they might replace it for free.

I got it for 39.99 with free shipping at Amazon last week. That is the cheapest I saw it. I also probably walked past it for way less all day on black friday, but I didn't know anyone was even asking for it.

Can the scratch be "repaired" using a CD/DVD repair kit?

When you get down to it a Wii/XBox disc is no different than any other CD/DVD (and for PS3, all their discs are Blu-rays).
