Any deals for DVC members?

We have a trip planned for next month and with all the new incentives Disney is offering, are there any special deals being offered for park tickets or upgrades? I am sure it's a no for free meal plan but just worth asking to see what people might know! Thanks for you help! Alison

You may not like my answer, but deals and incentives are offered to people that haven't decided to go to WDW yet. As you state, you already have a trip planned, why should Disney offer you a deal? Sorry if this comes out wrong, but that's just the way it is.

DVC members very seldom get any 'good deals' or 'incentives'. We already go to WDW fairly often...Disney doesn't need to lure us there! We do get that nice discount on the AP, and we can book the dining plan if we want. But, that's about it. I would much rather have a few, consistent 'deals' or 'discounts' than sit around, watching to see what new incentive comes along. Hated doing that when I stayed elsewhere, not on points!!

As others have said, deals are a marketing tool to get people to visit WDW. As DVC members they know we are already going to be visiting so it is not necessary to offer us deals. We do get some nice perks (discounts on APs/dining/tours/programs/mini-golf, free valet parking at DVC resorts that offer it, etc.) but that's it.

Besides what has already be mentioned here, check the DVC Member website before your trip and the "Portable Perks" booklet that you receive when you check in for the current member discounts.
