For anyone who has recently been to WDW and had any BB offers in their room?

We just left the Beach Club Resort yesterday. We had a bounceback offer in our room, and also by email while we were there for 40% off resort rack rates for deluxe rooms and villas for select dates in 2011.
We didn't book because we cannot go back again this year. I wish they would have offered dates in 2012!

Does anyone have the exact dates? We don't go until October but I am going again in Dec to take my mom to see the decorations she missed last year.

As far as I know, it's still the same BB offer right now 35% off Values (not shown on flyer below, but available when you call the BB extension 8844 from your resort room) 35% Moderates, 40% off Deluxe Villas, and 40% off Deluxes for dates 8/21–10/8, 10/23–10/29, 11/13–11/19, 11/27–12/3 and 12/11–12/24/11

I wish they would offer a 2012 deal when you travel later in the year. I went back in October a couple of years ago and the only BB they had was for that current year!

I don't understand why they are not doing this. Our past two trips, within the past two years, al BB offers were for the same year. Previously, we had booked bounce backs for the following years at least 3 times. Hoping something shows up by the end of August during our next trip!

We are hoping for a big family trip for June 2012 for 20+ of us and hoping that maybe when we go in October they will have something in our room!

Ugh. We are going on a spur of the moment trip the last week in August, and for our big trip in November. According to that bounceback we would get a discount. I really hope that they still have it in the rooms when we get there !

Yes, the BB offer shown above was in our OKW villa this week. Even if it's not in your room: Take down that telephone number and code KZ2 pictured above. Call from your WDW resort room while you're staying there, and try to book the BB. Sometimes those placards simply are not in the room. I know that the BB offers have been shown on the resort's TV channel, when I have stayed at the Value Resorts in the past.

No, this would not be possible since BBs are only for people staying on Disney property at that time. She would have to call on or before her check out day and they will verify that she is indeed staying there. The BB would have to booked in her name.

No. I booked a bounce back for 12/2 thru 12/5 at Pop, and am paying RACK for the last night since it is a blackout date.

Yes. The BB offers only depend upon you being booked into a room and listed on the reservation at the time of the offer. You simply must call and book the offer before you check-out. The discount is off rack rate.

Do they give bouncebacks for AP holders?

Bouncebacks are for anyone staying in a Disney owned resort at the time they are offered. It doesn't matter what kind of ticket you have. It's a bounceback rate though, not an AP rate. Even AP holders will be paying the same as everyone else staying down there during that time. Normally the AP rates beat the bounceback deals. However, this year they did not for the fall. When I was there this past May I booked two bounceback deals for Sept and Nov/Dec, planning on switching them over to the AP discounts when they came out. I was shocked when the Sept AP discounts came out to find that the bounceback deal I already had, easily beat the AP discounts.

I had originally booked my trips with the GP code that came out last January for most dates in 2011 way back in January. While I was down there in May, I called to check and found the bounceback deal beat the GP code I had, so I switched. I then planned to switch to the AP code when it came out, but when I found the bounceback deals beat it this year, I stayed with the bounceback. The AP code would have cost me several hundred dollars more.
