at epcot we spoted several squirrels and lizzards waiting for off kilter to perform. also we spotted some ducks by one of the " ponds" by soarin.

Ducks - yes they are all over. The best place to spot them is the pool at the Wilderness Lodge.

also see a lot of Lizards.

I saw an eagle flying around my house earlier today. I live right behind the Magic Kingdom.

We have seen a lot of animals. The best was golfing and no one has mentioned this but racoons. We tell this story all the time. My dad and I were golding and he hit his ball right off the side (within a few yards) after he hit the beverage cart cam by so we grabbed a snack and drink (me a cookie him pretzles it will come up later) then we drove :car: up and he went over to hit his ball but it wasn't there :confused3. It was wide open and cut grass so we didn't understand what happened to it.

While we were looking for it I heard something and looked at our cart and guess who was having a snack racoons :rotfl2:. We think they took his ball too. We hav a picture of one down by the petals and one on the seat standing up with its hands on the steering wheel. One hissed at us when we tried to get them out but the ran off when I swung my club at it :rotfl:. They came back and jumped in while we putted and yes the food went in the garbage. But it was a funny memory we will never forget.

Also in another round we saw alligators, racoons, a armadillo, turkey's, deer, a turtle, a snake, cranes and of course ducks and other birds. Also saw a guy fishing golf balls out of a pond being followed by an big alligator

We have seen animals all over DW too

We had a pair of ducks that would swim with us in the pool at Coronado Springs after midnight. That's one of our favorites. :)

We also had a baby bunny that hung around our camper at Fort Wilderness. We saw lots of armadillos there too.

Found an armadillo eating a dropped sausage from breakfast on our campsite at 2am after PM EMH, it was pitch black and took us back a minute. Yes, those bunnies are HUGE, I call them Jack-a-loupes, they don't look like any bunny from my part of the country.

I would like to meet the critter that chewed his way through my Disney gift shop bag, through the bread manufacturer's outer bag, through the inner sealed liner around the bread, then ate what amounted to 1/2 a piece of bread and then decided HE DIDN'T EVEN LIKE IT!!! That was an awful lot of work for no reward little guy, but I do have a few things I'd like to say to you...popcorn:::rolleyes1

It's been year ago but we saw an armadillo scampering across the parking lot at All-Star Music. This past November we saw deer at the turn off to go to the Wilderness Lodge and little lizards are everywhere.

We haven't been to DW since '02, but I definitly remember seeing a couple of peacocks roaming around Ft Wilderness. Are they still there?

Saw tons and tons of turkey at Magnolia Golf Course this past August. We have tons of them here at home too (I counted 20 in the field next to my house this afternoon) and FL turkey look the same of NC turkey!

Also so an armadillo in some grass while on the tram in the parking lot at EPCOT. This was probably 4 years ago and was the week between Christmas and New Year. I love seeing the wildlife, even snakes! The lizards are great, just have to be careful not to step on them.

We found this critter in CAL Adventure: ;)

At our recent visit @ POR, we saw a racoon on one of the building rooftops , two otters early in the morning, a couple of snakes, some bunnies, a few cranes, lots of other birds and hundreds of noals & skinks!

Plenty of birds and lizzards....

Saw an armadillo on the walkway behind the Beach Club Villas. My family thought I was crazy. It was a solo trip and I was walking back to the room after a night at the food and wine festival, so my husband was convinced it was the after effects of a fun evening until a CM said that there are an abundant number of armadillos in the area.

Plenty of snakes:
Walking to the busstop at the Boardwalk
Walkway behind the BCV again
Pool area of a downtown disney hotel years ago

Gators in the water while eating at Flame Tree BBQ in AK and one in the water area near the quiet pool at BCV.

I enjoy the different wildlife around Disney. The snakes are the only ones that unnerve me.
