Any comments, hints, or tips? Finally got my plan worked out!

Finally a moment alone without the kids, and I've finished our trip schedule! Any comments, hints, or tips would greatly be appreciated. We are a family of four flying in from Alberta, Canada. DD10 DS8

Flying in on Sept 8th (Sat) and staying til Wed Sept 19th.

Sat - Fly in - arrive 11:39 at John Wayne airport, pick up car from there and go to Howard Johnson. Make trip to Target, grocery store, get some breakfast supplies and snacks. May do late lunch somewhere quick, Medieval Times for 8pm? Try to watch fireworks from hotel somewhere.

Sun - Should we use our MM? We are planning on going to DL/DCA on Sunday 9th, Monday 10th, Wed 12th, Sun 16th and Tues 18th. Which day is best to use the MM?

Mon - Goofy's Kitchen 8 am and DL/DCA

Tues - Universal

Wed - DL/DCA; have reservations for Rainforest Cafe at 4:30

Thur - Get up early, check out. Travel to Sea World. What time do we need to leave by? Hours are 10-6. Have room at Comfort Inn and Suites Hotel Circle. Was planning maybe Dick's for supper?

Fri - Legoland. Have room booked at Quality Inn and Suites North Legoland. Anywhere that we should try for supper? Anything else to do at Carlsbad that night?

Sat - Legoland Water Park 12-5. Room booked back at Anaheim at Desert Inn and Suites for remainder of trip. Watch fireworks.

Sun - DL/DCA. Have supper reservation for BTRBBQ supper.

Mon - Beach/shopping day?

Tues - DL/DCA

Wed - Flights are at 12:30 so really no time for anything?

Forgot I have to fit in World of Color somewhere and Fantasmic. Want to maybe go see Grauman's - do that on Universal day?

Thanks for reviewing and any suggestions you may have. This group has been amazing! I haven't been to DL since 1998!!!! Kids have never been - and won't find out til Friday, Sept 7th that we are going. Have a fantastic way of telling them planned at The Disney Store in Calgary! So excited!!

That is my fave part of planning a trip, trying to figure out a schedule. I like to use my mm on a tues or thurs. The parks seems even less crowded then a weekend. Also I like to do WOC on tues. Because it seems like more of an off day. We do MM on Tuesday get in a few rides, stand in line for DCA to open then rush over to get our FP for WOC. We did the trip from Anaheim to sea world also and stayed in that same hotel. I believe we left at 830 and got there in plenty of time. My dad speeds though! You can always Google map it and it gives you an approximate time to get there with the current traffic. Very helpful! Your schedule sounds fun! We did DL/legoland in 2010 and DL/sea world and zoo in 2011. We plan on doing DL/legoland in december and we can't wait! Not very much advice from me but its some! Hope you guys have fffuuunnn!
