Any codes ever for early/mid December?

I really really wanted to surprise my family with a second trip this year, staying at the CR. We've always done Value resorts, but I checked and we may can swing a stay at the CR for 4/5 days. Anyhow....just wondering since that is a slower time, if there are ever any codes that come up?

The last three years I've gone the second week of Dec and have never paid rack rate. So far AP codes have always been available for that time frame, although this past Dec I got a better deal with my Chase Visa (was able to get a room discount and still buy the DDP).

Yes, there are usually discounts that run from the week after Thanksgiving until just a few days prior to Christmas. Although the last 2 years, my AAA discount has been better than my AP rate. We stayed at CR for 2 night last month in a Tower room with an MK view and my AAA rate made it $811.70 for both nights, AP rate was over $900 for the 2 nights.
