Any chance Entertainment club wil be honored during Memorial Day?

I just called about ressies for the Hard Rock for May 24-29th which is through Memorial day weekend. I was told the entertainment rate was sold out. Any chance if I call back several times, I might get lucky or will I be wasting my time? Also, why do they ask your name when you call to check availability? Are they making sure if you call back, they don't offer a lesser rate?

You can call back to see if there are cancellations, but if there are no more Entertainment rates, then that may be, unfortunately, it. If you have an AP, AAA member, or a FL/GA resident, then you may be able to get a discount.
